About the Faculty:

BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH - Daniel J. Cenatempo AVA, CMC, MBA

Dan Cenatempo is the President of Value Resolution Group Inc (VRG). He has thirteen years of progressive experience helping employers and consulting clients quantify, create and capture value. He is a dynamic business partner to executive management who has driven organizations to increase expected value by more than $1 billion, successfully invest over $1.8 billion and raise over $300 million in project financing. Dan’s consulting experience includes:

• Business valuation for a wide range of enterprises and financial, tangible and intangible assets

• Mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint-ventures, alliances, financing & re-capitalization

• Strategic & value-based planning • Capital budgeting and planning

• Due diligence • Decision analyses & support

• Economic damage, lost profit & business impact assessments • Financial, market and operations forecasting

• Process optimization and redesign • Structural market research and analysis.

Prior to founding VRG, Dan lead Jacobs Consultancy’s Paper, Forest Products and Packaging practice, performed marketing, M&A and strategic planning with the Mead Corporation and Flagstar Holdings Inc. and provided management consulting services with Deloitte & Touche. He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA). His educational background includes an MBA in finance from Duke University and a BA in economics from Villanova University.
