About the Faculty: BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH – Dennis H. Nagao
Dennis' research interests include individual and group decision-making, team performance effectiveness, and technological impacts on group and individual behavior. His work has appeared in a wide range of academic journals and has been presented at numerous professional meetings. He serves as a reviewer for journals, book publishers, and professional societies. He has also served as a consultant assisting organizations with issues concerning team effectiveness, team building, collaboration, and organizational design. He teaches courses on organizational behavior, organizational theory and design, decision-making, and teams. Dennis also leads a wide range of executive education sessions including developing and managing high performance teams, business ethics, managing relationships, communicating effectively, negotiation and conflict resolution, team building, and decision-making. |
