The Center for Paper Business and Industry Studies (CPBIS) is an internationally recognized academic research center providing business knowledge of relevance to the global forest products industry.

Researchers associated with the Center combine specialized knowledge of pulp and paper with broad, comparative perspectives on industrial management and business practices. CPBIS, located at Georgia Tech, is a joint venture between Georgia Tech, the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, and the pulp, paper, and forest products industry.
